Layla was knocked down as the scorion growled angrily. She knew who it was as the scorion's scent went down her nostrils.

No, it can't be! You're supposed to be dead! Layla transformed and threw the scorion off. Draco was about to rush at them, when Layla roared at him.

" Don't attack!" Draco stopped in his tracks. The scorion that had attacked Layla had wide eyes.

" Adira?" the scorion asked, his eyes still wide.

" Lieb?" Layla asked back.

" It's you!" the scorion leaped at Layla, his paws going around her.

" Whoa whoa whoa. Is this your boyfriend?" Aveleen asked, looking really confused.

" What?! No! This is my little brother. Lieb," Layla answered.

" Wait, why did he call you Adira?" Draco asked.

" That's my scorion name. Layla's my human name. And Nightmare is what the army calls me," Layla explained, then making a bitter face when talking about the name 'Nightmare.'

" What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be back in Brazil?" Layla asked, turning back to her brother.

" We control this place for the Scorion King," Lieb answered.

" Oh. Well, we need to take him down!" Layla replied.

" Well, we can't let you through..." Lieb trailed off, his eyes flashing with worry, trying to decide what to do.

" Lieb. What does your heart say?" Layla asked softly. Lieb shut his eyes, his body shaking with small growls he would make. He opened his eyes.

" Go. Now. Before the fake you and the fake Draco come!" Lieb shoved Layla down the hallway, where the light started to get darker.

" Thank you Lieb!" Layla called at her brother, before running down the hallway with her companions. Her eyes blinked a few times, as a few tears strayed down as they ran.

" Will you stay with me?" Lieb asked, his big yellow eyes looking up at Adira. She smiled.

" Of course I will. You're my brother. I'll never leave you," Adira replied, as her body curled around her little brother's small, cub body.

Her eyes opened, and she realized that they were getting closer and closer to the den of the Scorion King. Memories flashed like lightning in Layla's head.

" Don't leave me!" her brother wailed as strange men crashed through the forest, picking up small cubs.

" Run, Lieb, run! Don't turn around!" Adira instructed, shoving his small body with her muzzle.

" Wait!" Lieb wailed again. Adira knew what the last words he wanted to say with her.

" By blood, we are binded. By our bond, we love. By our love, we never leave the other." The two scorions said together, one a small cub, the other, growing up to become a lioness one day.

" Now go!" Adira instructed, shoving him once more into the bushes, where they wouldn't find him.

" Don't leave me!" Lieb cried out, as Adira was picked up by a man, and thrown into a box that was on a truck. The memories stopped when the three of them stopped.

" Well, well, well. If it isn't the two who have come to destroy me, and who remember who they are. Why don't we change that, shall we?"

Hooray for 10 pages of awesomeness!Smile

Draco felt the scorion king intruding into his mind, trying to steal his memories. Trying to turn him and Layla into some mindless slaves who would serve him forever.  "FIGHT IT!" he screamed.

Layla's face paled with strain, fighting the scorion king's intruding voice.

"Going to be difficult, are we?" the scorion king's voice asked. "Maybe you'll obey to save the ones you love?" Suddenly, a pit of spikes opened up just a few yards from where Layla and Draco were standing. Bound by ropes and hanging over the pit were Phoenicious and Lieb. "Go on, untie them!" cackled the scorion king.

Layla started to walk towards her little brother as if in a trance.

"NO!" Draco yelled. "THEY'RE NOT REAL! IT'S JUST AN ILLUSION, HE'S TRYING TO CONTROL YOU!"

"Don't listen to him, Layla," purred the scorion king. "After all, he's just a silly boy who likes dragons. You and I are the same. Exactly the same."

Draco reached into the farthest corners of his mind. Phoenicious, he pleaded. If you can hear me, I need you!

Just like magic, Draco's call was answered. But not by Phoenicious. Three other dragons flew down from the heavens. One aquamarine, one green, and the last silver. The green one flicked his claw at the scorion king's illusion, and it disappeared. Layla snapped out of her trance. We heard you, Draco, the blue dragon said. We've come to avenge our fallen brother. We are the elemental dragons. I am Aquinta, the water dragon. My comrades are Gust, the wind dragon, and Terro, the earth dragon.

"So, Phoenicious was the fire dragon?"

Gust, the silver dragon, nodded. Correct, Draco. And we need to ask you a question that will decide the fate of the world. Would you temporarily replace him?

Draco was taken aback. "You mean- turn into a fire dragon?"

Temporarily. Gust repeated. Please Draco, it's our only hope to defeat the scorion king and avenge Phoenicious.

"Okay. I-I'll do it." Draco said.

Wonderful! exclaimed Terro. The green dragon pointed his claw at Draco, and he immediatly felt himself growing bigger. Scalier. He was a dragon.

"Draco!" gasped Layla. "You look just like..."

"Phoenicious. I know." Draco said. "Now lets go beat that scorion king. Our job just got a whole lot easier."

Just as Layla started to follow the dragons, she heard the scorion king's voice in her head on last time. "You may have four dragons on your side now, Layla," he growled, "But I still have many more tricks up my sleeves."

Frank watched as Layla pinned down Mr. Cooper, watched the girl get shot to death. How dumb were they? Draco and Layla might be from the past, but they sure don't know anything about the future.

"Mr. Cooper, let me help you," Frank said, pulling the spikes out of the supervisors shirt and reaching for his hand. Mr. Cooper slapped his hand away.

"Traitor! You're with them, aren't you!" Mr. Cooper got up and fired a few bullets at Frank, but he dodged easily, and snatched away his gun. Frank looked around, but Draco, Layla, Eleanor and Aveleen were gone.

"You know, I'm getting tired of this. Work, death, work, death, this endless loop that I can't stand," Frank shouted. Everyone in the hallway was now quiet and looking at him. "You people killed my mother, you know? I want to bring her back, and with these guys Draco and Layla, I can do that. They can travel through time."

Several guards had gathered around him, but Frank wasn't scared. "I think all of us want to bring back our loved ones," Frank said. He turned around. Everyone nodded. "So, the only way to do that is," The guards readied their guns, "REBELLION!"

The guards fired the guns, but Frank remembered his power. Everything clicked into slow motion, and Frank disarmed all the guards. When everything went back to normal, all the kids held up their tools and swept away all the guards. Frank remebered more. His friends, his mother, how beautiful everything used to be. Franks army charged towards the the scorion king. Frank was going to save the world, even if he died trying.

Yay! I'm back, and with my most epic post yet! Happy birthday JBE btw.

Layla had felt her mind go hazy, but now, it was all clear. Draco had turned into a big fire dragon, and now they were ready to fight.

Wait. Where's Ember in all of this? Layla thought hard, then, she heard the drumming of paws behind her.

" Ember!" Layla cried out. The scorion king let out a loud growl.

" So you think you can add an extra sidekick to beat me? It's going to take a lot more than that," the scorion king smirked. Layla smirked back.

" Oh, it's not only Ember that's on my side." Two other scorions came into the room, their fur bristling. The scorion king laughed.

" If it isn't you're little team of scorions. You're still going to die," the scorion king hissed.

" Not in this time they aren't." A voice growled from behind Draco and Layla.

" Lieb!" The scorion king growled louder at the newcomers. It was Lieb and the rest of the tribe that had stopped them from before. Layla smirked up at Draco, and shifted. Draco gave a dragon smile, and gave out the command that would implant a memory in them forever.

" Attack!"

I didn't know it was your birthday, JBE. So Happy Birthday! :D

Aveleen felt odd as the scorion king came into sight. Draco, in dragon form, rose up to fight him. Layla snarled and flexed he rclaws, and frank came charging out of the AFUGS building.

They couldn't just do that! the scorion king could easily run away. Aveleen ran away, towards the nearby historic coliseum. A bucktoothed janitor was there when she came crashing in.

"can I help you?"

"No."

Aveleen closed her eyes as her life force drained out of her with the exertion of lifting the stadium to surround the scorion king. There would finally be peace. The scorion king bellowed as he went down under the onslaught of kids, scorions and dragons. Frank broke ranks and ran to Aveleen. "No!" he yelled, feeling her go cold.

"Thanks, Frank." she said, going into a final sleep.

Suddenly the world seemed to tilt and all  time seemed to spiral, and they were in the AFUGS building. But it was the present day AFUGS building. Aveleen was standing up and Frank was next to her as Layla and Draco looked up, shocked.

"Hi, Draco," Aveleen said.

Between all the fighting, and the giant claws and knashing teeth, Layla felt her eyesight go fuzzy, then, suddenly, they were all outside, the scorion king was nowhere to be seen, and the sky was big and blue, the sun was shining, and the grass was green.

" Wha-what happened?" Layla asked bewildered.

" We killed him. Now, everything is back to the way it was," Draco said, looking down at Aveleen.

" No it's not. Today's the day we get tested with the green serum stuff... Wait, how did I know that?" Layla said, then put a hand up to her head.

" Did.. Did we go back in time to when we are sort of captives at the TEA building?" Frank asked, looking confused.

" Wait so... If that's true, then is Eleanor still alive? Is the scorion king still an egg? I'm confused," Layla said, sitting down as if she was giving up trying to figure it all out.

" All I know, is that we did it. It's over. I think killing the scorion king gave us a chance to start all over again. And this time, we're going to do it right," Draco said, as he looked out past the trees. The others looked on as well, and with a deep breath, Layla knew it was going to be alright.

Frank looked around him. The scorion king was gone, and so was the danger. They were in the present. They had won. He stepped outside the building. All the kids were still there.

"VICTORY!" Frank yelled, as all of his ranks cheered with him. Draco and Layla, both now in human form, were celebrating with Lieb and the dragons. Frank suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around and his jaw dropped.

"MOM!" He yelled. He hugged his mother, not beleiving she was here. "Where were you? Like, for ten years?" His mom held up a badge, labled: Julia Harrison, vice president of TEA.

"I was being hunted. We all were, by the scorion king. So I faked my death, and left AFUGS and your father to protect you." She said. Frank nodded.

"Speaking of dad, where is he?" Frank asked.

"Right here, Franky." Frank turned aroound and met his fathers eyes. "How's my little superhero?"

"Great, dad," Frank replied.

"You wanna go hame now?" Frank's dad asked.

"Nah," he replied. "The party's just started."

"Okey dokey. See you then," the father said, hopped in his car with Frank's mom and drove off. As he watched the car dissapear into the distance, Aveleen walked up to him.

"Aveleen!" Frank yelled, hugging her, "I thought you were dead!"

"I thought I was too."

They laughed and went to join their friends.

Meanwhile, back in the past..........

Eleanor Sally Taller went with the two scientists to the operation room. "why am I coming here?" she asked, frightened. The scientists were silent.

"Hello, Eleanor."

Eleanor froze. The head scientist was there, holding two metal objects. The one that really caught her eye was the metallic crown with the vial on the side.

"What's that?" she asked.

"This? This is a Memoria. It removes memories and puts them in this vial."

"Are- you wouldn't"

"Lie down on the operation table, please."

Eleanor screamed as she was restrained and her memories removed, then she passed out. The head scientist removed the Memoria and slid the metal disk he had in his hand into her head. Her mind went silent as the disk took over.

"Wait, have you taken out the emotional microchip?" he asked as TES' color drained from her.

"Um, no sir."

"DO IT!! Don't teleport her yet!"

"TOO LATE, SIR!" the employee screamed as the whir of the Teletron became loud. TES vanished as the head scientist screamed.

INTENSE! I was thinking that Frank and Aveleen come back to the past to visit Layla and Draco, then TES starts coming after Layla?

Draco breathed a sigh of relief. It was over. Too bad he had not been able to save his parents, though. He would have to go back to living in an orphanage.

As if she had read his thoughts, Eleanor walked up to him and put a hand on his shoulder. "Draco," she said quietly. "In this version of the future, are our parents... dead?"

Draco silently nodded. "Oh." Eleanor said simply. "Well, if it makes you feel any better, I think that having no parents is better than having corrupted ones who worked for the scorion king. And at least you have me."

Draco smiled and hugged Eleanor, just as a familiar figure walked up. It was Edna. Draco broke the embrace, ready to fight, but then he remembered this was the friendly Edna, not the evil one.

"Draco! You did it-" Edna was cut off by the sight of Eleanor. "E-Eleanor?" the old lady said in disbelief. "Is it really you? You're not dead?"

"I guess we have some explaining to do, Aunt Edna," chuckled Eleanor.

Edna shook her head. "You don't need to explain anything. All that matters is that you beat the scorion king, and that I have my niece back. Now, c'mon. Let's go home."

"Home?" asked Draco.

"Why, yes!" Edna replied. "While you were doing whatever it is you did to beat the scorion king, I was rebuilding my mansion! Now you, me, Eleanor and your uncle can live there, just like a family."

Draco smiled. He had always wanted a family. He just hoped Edna wouldn't mind slightly burned furniture...

Hooray! A happy ending :) Do you guys think we should start a NEW adventure featuring Frank, Layla, Draco and Aveleen?

AVELEEN finds a dangerous weapon and she has to keep it from falling into the wrong hands?

Layla watched as the other kids went to their families, or their guardians.

" Layla? Could you come here please?" one of the TEA workers asked. She walked over to him with a questioning look.

" The testing is over. We aren't doing it anymore. You're free to go," the TEA worker explained.

" But, I have nowhere to go.." Layla muttered. " I don't know where my tribe is," she added.

" You'll find your way. A scorion always remembers home, remember?" the TEA worker walked back into the building.

" I've been through a lot of things... I don't think I can remember," Layla mumbled to herself. Draco waved to her, and walked away. She said goodbye to Frank and Aveleen, and to her other friend Eleanor. She looked at the large expanse of trees.

I'll find my way home. One day.

- future -

I my claws dug into the cracks of the giant wall as I scaled the building. Wind whipped my hair as I climbed higher.

I can see those jewels already. I smirked to myself, as I lifted a hand, and dug my claws back into the wall. The sound of police cars reached my ears. I growled angrily, and climbed a bit faster. That's when I saw the window, the window that shielded the outside from the beautiful jewels that were in a case, probably surrounded by red lasers. I crashed through the window, landing gracefully on my feet. I stood up, and breathed out. I saw three laser lines, but I knew there were more. I smirked again.

Let the fun of stealing begin.

I would love to continue the rp, but I was thinking we make it in the future, where we are in our teens, or twenties, perhaps. And I love the idea Brooke had thought of, how Tes goes after Layla again, but in the future, and this time, Layla turns bad. - smiles evily - What do you all think?

oh, I like it! How bout we continue the story when the heroes are in the 17-20 age range?

Future: Draco's eyes snapped open as he awoke, screaming. It had been another nightmare. He had been plagued with them almost every night, ever since he had defeated the mighty scorion king eight years ago. The nightmares usually all went the same. It started with him defeating the scorion king, crying out in victory, and then... Something else happened. A monstrous creature wrapped its tentacles around Draco's waist, and proceeded to suffocate him. That was when the nightmare usually ended. He had no idea what the nightmare meant, but he knew one thing. The creature in his dream was not like the scorion king. It was not from Earth. It was from somewhere far more sinister in the universe.

Draco quickly got dressed, putting on his superhero suit. He was The Dragon, a superhero who protected the city from evildoers. His secret identity, Draco Taller, was kept a secret by a wig that made his fiery red hair appear to be a dull brown.

Draco finished putting on his suit, ate a hasty breakfast, said goodbye to his aunt and sister, and began searching the city for criminals. Flying over the buildings on his dragon wings, he immediately spotted a notorious one. It was Layla Evermore. She was a burglar who had been his friend many years ago, but had turned against him about the time the nightmares had started.

"Layla!" Draco called. "Stop right there before I incinerate you!"

(August 25, 2014 - 7:45 pm)

I leaped around, glaring at Draco. He lifted his hand, ready to create a fire ball.

" Don't make me do this," he said, his eyes smoldering with anger. I let out a feral growl, my fangs growing slightly longer.

" We go through this every time? When are you going to learn?" Draco spat out, his eyes staring into mine.

" You know why I'm like this! Yet you continue to ask me every time. Funny thing is, you always threaten me. Yet you never do what you threaten to do," I growled darkly, my yellow eyes gleaming.

" Well this time, I will do it if you take one more step towards the jewels!" Draco yelled, his hand starting to glow with heat. I hissed, and as fast as anything, I leaped towards Draco, my hands grabbing a fistful of his suit, and I whirled around, so that his back was to the laser-surrounded jewels. I thrust him away from me as hard as I could. He cried out in agony as the lasers burned him. The police sirens from down below wailed loudly, coming closer and closer to the building.

" I'll find you, Layla! I always do!" Draco cried out, struggling to get away from the lasers. I took one look behind me.

" You'll never find me. The Layla you used to know is gone. Hidden in a dark place! She hid the moment everything was turned back to normal! She lost the love she loved the most! And I will never forgive you for that. Therefore, Layla will never be found, or ever return." I leaped out of the window, shifting in mid-air, so when I hit the ground, it will hurt less. I shut my eyes as the wind smashed into my face as I fell farther and farther. Something suddenly sliced into my flank. I didn't reopen my eyes. I smashed into the ground, as blackness crashed over me.

Something happened to Layla the day the scorion king was killed. Dun dun dun!

Aveleen, meanwhile, was sitting in her yacht. Yes, a yacht. She was rich ever since she published the book about there adventures. A party chattered on around her as papparazzi crowded in. She politely excused herself to use the restroom, glad to be away from the flashing camera bulbs. She knew what she had to do. She donned her Echo costume (black and red mask, red cape, black tights, red dress) and went out to find her friends.

So..... yeah. Future Aveleen is filthy rich. Think Tony Stark's cash + Captain America's attitude, or if you like DC, Batman's cash + Superman's attitude.
