Here is why I haven't been posting:

1. I am at DISNEY WORLD!

2. I just figured out how to do Wifi here.

So... Let's start!

Amethyst~

Every day on my birthday, my father, the king, lets me pick out one of any of the jewels from the West Castle's treasury. Except the Jewel of Eternity, which I will inherit on my 16th birthday. My 16th birthday is 4 days away, but my father says that I need to learn something first. I need to understand value, friendship, loyalty and the dangers of power. I honestly don't care; as soon as I get my hands on that jewel, I will be the first person in years to open it. I'm not really sure about the jewel's powers or history, or what happened to the last person who looked upon the stone.

Outside my chamber window, the cresent moon casts a strange golden light across the castel spires. I slip the silk sheets off of my legs and arrange a blue nightgown over them. I lay the adventure book I was reading on my pillow and turn the light off so I can see the moon better. I admire its majesty until a soft knock interrupts my moment. My servant, Sarah Anne, opens the doors and peers in with her wide grey eyes.

"Your mother wants you in bed right away Miss Darist; you've been up long enough and don't forget that Miss Joy Rose is visiting tomorrow." Sarah Anne shuts the door before I can reply. How could I forget Joy Rose is visiting tomorrow? I adore my eleven-year-old cousin, but she can pull me into all sorts of messes. I remove the book from the pillow and set it on the bedside table. A shadow reflects in the moonlight on my ceiling. It is a large shadow of something flying. I can see the feathers spreading in the shadows, and then it is gone.

I sit with my princess, talking of a polar bear she saw earlier. Suddenly I realize we're being watched. I send a blast of ice in the direction of whoever's watching us. A girl barely dodges and stumblesout of the bushes, gasping for breath.

Luisa-

"Are you crazy!?" I screech.

One of the girls slowly gets to her feet.

"Who are you, and what are you doing watching us in the courtyards?" she hisses.

I back away. "Okay, I'm really, really sorry. My name is Luisa, and I saw a dark shape, like the sign of my archenemy. I stumbled into the courtyards by mistake. I didn't mean to spy on you."

"This courtyard only accepts royalty, nobility, and people with special powers. How did you get in without disinigrating? Are you a witch, or an appiration? Are you lying?"

"Well, ah, there's this thing I do ... "

I describe my unique powers, but I don't mention where they come from. The last thing I need is  some stuck-up royalty with my necklace while I rot in the dungeon!

"Alright, we'll let you out this time. But if you ever come in here again . . ."

She lets the matter drop.

I walk back to the entrance . . .

Suddenly green mist surrounds me. A hissing voice fills my head.

This is your destiny, Luisa Roseburg. You will make the sacrifice, or your friends will perish, and the world will fall.

I see Bianca, crushed and lifeless. Reuben is bloody and unmoving. Even though he's soo annoying, I actully like the guy a little.

I see thousands of people, drowned, burnt, dead.

Everything goes black.

Do we all post something different that is happening to our character an then have them meet up later? This is my first RP.

I would have them meet up sooner than later.

You can post what is happening to them, before they meet the other  characters, but to keep the story moving along, you should probably have them meet up in your first post.
Also, try to interpret some parts of the other CBers posts into yours.

Just some tips here :)

Leo~

"Hey fluff -claws!" yells one of the griffins as I dive down to the caves. I recognize him. Windsbeak was his name. I dive straight for him. He, of course, sees me and gets out of the way.

Missing my target, I smash my beak into the rock. Ow. I get up, dizzily, and face the griffens. They are all laughing. Windsbeak the most.

"So fluff-claws you decided to come back. You can't survive on your own can you?" Windsbeak was referring to the time when I left the group of griffins that he ruled over.

"I haven't come here to join you again," I said, trying to keep calm and not start a fight with Windsbeak.  "I 've come to warn you." I didn't care about Windsbeak, but I wanted the others to be safe.

"Oh really?" Sneers Windsbeak. I glare at him. Then I make a decision.

I don't say a word, but jump off the cliff and spread my wings to the air. I am not going to tell them what is coming. I am going to leave them oblivious to the danger. And I am leaving them, forever.

I streak though the dark night, speedly, although I have nowhere to go. I pass the palace, slowing down, past a window yellow with light.

I realise, right then, how lonely I am. Alone, knowing no one around here.

I fly to the gates of the palace, my feathers rusled in the wind, then land.  I am tried, and where a safe place to sleep is, I don't know. Perhaps I could sleep next to the wall.

Surley no one will find me I hope.......... But I am too tired to find somewhere else. Besides, I would be up before anyone else, I assure myself as I curl up against the wall and fall asleep.

Ok here goes nothing

Allyson~

As soon as I woke up today, I knew some thing was wrong. I mean, how many people wake up on a perfectly "normal" Saturday morning and find a talking phoenix quietly preening herself and sitting on their windowsill? I've heard that the number is very low.

"I must be hallucinating," I groan.

But just as I'm drifting back to sleep, a creepily cheerful voice startles me.

"Oh good you're awake," she exclaims.

"I'm Eva, but there isn't any time for introductions now; come child, you must meet my master."

And that's how I got my day started by being dragged through the woods at a very fast pace (too fast if you ask me) in the talons of a magical, golden bird, in my pajamas.

I'm going on camping trip with my Girl Scout troop this weekend so I won't be here until Sunday afternoon. Could you try not to get too too far without me? I'll come on here as soon as I can afterwards.

Great job Dragonrider! You have gotten the hang of a RP!

Amethyst~

I struggle to open my window. What was that shape? It was to big to be a bird. A dragon? No, dragons did not have feathers. Even in the moonlight, I can't make anything out in the shadows. As if my legs make the decision for me, I bounce out of bed and grab a lace coat off of a hook by the door. I jam my arms in the sleeves and open the door. Sarah Ann is nowhere in sight, so I sprint down the hall. My bare feet patter on the polished wooden stairs; I realize I have forgotten my shoes. As I reach the ground floor, I hear footsteps and I burst through the door to the courtyard. Hopefully I will find the strange creature here, if it hasn't already flown away. I silently begin circling the courtyard until I hear a noise like a snort (can grifins snort? I have no idea). There is the shadow pressed against the wall. In the slits of moonlight, I can make out an amber-colored creature, with wings fur and feathers. I back away slowly, hoping it didn't see me. What do I do? Run to the castle for help? From a safe distance, I examine the THING against the wall. A griffin! It doesn't move, and I realize it is sleeping. I take another step backwards...

Don't stress, Dragonrider! I'm in the middle of a two-week vacation. We are already going slowly because I can't post every day.

I approach the castle wall silently. I am on a diplomatic meeting for The North King with my Princess, who is only making slightly more noise than I am.

"Hello," I say to the girl and gryphon, "what are you doing out?"

Sorry about not posting, I'll try to get my charries into the West Kingdom where we seem to be meeting (or wherever haha)

Cale~

"Let me think." My eyes trailed the stone floor. "No."

"I'm not giving you a choice, son." Father sat up a bit straighter on his throne. "You will accompany Glacia the Blue on his diplomatic mission to the Western Kingdom. I have decided."

"Can we not leave the House Wizard work to the House Wizard?" I moaned so loud the Western Kingdom could probably hear me. The only person in the world I couldn't overcome was Father, and he certainly used that to his advantage.

"Now, son," he said in a mockingly kind tone, "you know what happens to anyone who posses the Stone of- well you know if they enter the Realm of the Eternity Jewel."

"Yes, yes, yes," I mumble, fingering my rapier angrily, "Their true colors will be shown and  the Western kingdom will most likely dispose of them."

"So you will?" Father smirked.

"Of course," I faked a smile, "You bear the Stone, so you msut stay here all nice and cozy in your palace."

With that I trudged out of the throneroom.

Evelyn~

"The Western Kingdom has some of the most amazing wonders in all the Realms," Daddy chided, "fruitful vineyards, rolling hills, and most of all good hearted folk."

"I just wish I didn't have to go." I caught a snowflake on my fingertip. "Everything I need is here."

"Get used to disappointment." Daddy looked away suddenly. "Because his Majesty informed me Prince Cale will be accompanying us."

My eyes flew open. "Tell me you lie Daddy, please! You know the Royal famiy is as corrupted as a drop of blood in white snow."

"It's the Stone," Daddy whispered. "It maddens them into complete oblivion."

"Watch your tongue, Glacia," a sickening voice hissed behind me. "I could be done with you and hire a new House Wizard in the blink of an eye. And you," he turned towards me, and I prepared myself for a blow, "don't press your luck Evie."

"Evelyn," I mumbled halfheartedly. "Please, it's Evelyn."

"Cheer up." Daddy stepped between us. "The ride to The Western Kingdom is short and scenic. Ready to go?"

"Yes." That rotten Cale was smiling once again. "Let us go."

Amethyst~

"Hello, what are you doing here?" A voice from behind startles me. I spin around to see an elf with blonde hair and green eyes speaking.

"Shh!" I gesture towards the Griffin. "You'll wake it! And I'm here because this is my home, what  are you doing in MY courtyard?" I whisper, suddenly indignant.

"If you must know, I am escorting Prince Cale of the North and Evelyn Glacia of The North on a diplomatic mission to West Castle," the elf answers inpressivly. Suddenly, the griffin stirs.

"Run!" I tell the elf, still whispering.

"This way!" She guides me to the door back into the castle. I can hear the griffin behind me, chasing us. We burst through the door, our shoes slipping on the slick castle floors. The elf points me towards the hallway of guest rooms. She stops suddenly in front of a door and opens it carefully.

"Miss Glacia, there is a dangerous griffin near the castle. Please stay in your room with the door bolted until we can get it sorted out." The girl on the bed nodds earnestly. I dart out of the room and yell into the hallway.

"GUARDS! THERE IS A DAUNGEROUS ANIMAL NEAR THE CASTLE!" I scream. The door besides Evelyn's room slams open, and a boy's head sticks out.

"Who are you?" He smirks, seemingly oblivious to the situation.

"Princess Amethyst of West Castle, but this is no time for introductions!" I say, rushing my words.

The tapping footsteps of the guards fill the castle, and the courtyard door is soon surrounded. I hear the great hall doors bang open and my father, King Quintus, walks purposfully out the door.

"What is the meaning of this?" he booms.

"Sir, the princess has been threatened by a dangerous creature in the courtyard," one of the guards answers.

"Why was she out of bed in the first place?" My mother's dramatic, thin voice drifts from the great hall.

"I saw the creature by my bedroom window," I admit. There is a sudden rush of activity in the courtyard and try to run out to see what it is.

Leo~

The guards pour out of the door, wepons in hand. "There it is!" yells one of them.  They  cautiously advance,  wepons drawn. l run torwards them, scattering their ranks and take off.

Gaining altitude, l cricle over the castle, just to have the satisfaction of seeing the guards look so  surprised and disappointed.

An arrow wizzes out of the sky and embeds itsself into my wing. "Eieieeeeeeeeee!" I scream, spirling crazliy and out of control to the ground. Below, lights turn on in the castle.

l can't control my flight path, l just bearly keeping myself from compleatly falling out of the air.The feathers of my left wing are plastered in blood from the wound.  The winds howls in my ears.

tehground is coming up to me fast, too fast.  Then l meet the ground. Crunch. The arrow is driven deeper into my wing.  Then all is darkness except for the pain.  Pain, hurting, blood. Darkness. That is my world right now. Darkness. Pain.

Millennia~

The woods are quite tonight, with bright stars shining though the leaves. It is beautiful to see a night like this. Breathtaking on some nights. Beautiful on this one.

I sit in a tree, enjoying it all.  I watch as dawn comes, slow, and pale. I take a deep breath of the cool air. Beautiful. Just beautiful. Absolutely wonderful.

Some odd noise breaks the peace of the mourning. Far away, at the castle, l think.

l open my wings and glide to the ground. just as a phoenix streaks by with a girl in her claws. Odd, but l can't ask what they are doing as they are already gone.

l run to the edge of the forest and let out a strage and eerie bird call for Falstar, myfalcon companion.

She comes diving from the air onto my shoulder.  l tell her to see what is happening there. She will get there faster then l can. Then she lifts off, and is gone in a second.

I wait for a long time but she doesn't come back. Something is wrong over there. Very worng.

I have to get over there.

I lift into the air and speed to the castle.
