Katy sighed and
Katy sighed and picked up a dusty old book with elborate designs, making it stand out in the musky old attic. She sttempted to blow off the dust, but to no avail, and ended up having to wipe it off with her long sleeve. "So much for that trick," she muttered, slowly opening the book, which crackled expectantly.
She screamed and dropped the book, a resounding thud echoing throughout the attic. A mouse had scurried across her bare toes, startling her. The book lay open on the ground to a random page and she stooped down. The letters were carefully written, every word perfectly spaced and red. "Red?" she asked to herself. There was no way that there was red ink back when this book was written. She shuddered and used the dusty end of her sleeve to gently close the suddenly creepy book.
"Tommorow," she whispered, gently lifting up the book and setting it on a rotten rocking chair. She turned the light off and slowly descended the ladder, her thoughts running away from her.
Later in her room Katy grabbed her phone and quickly texted her friends, even though they were probably asleep.
Katy> I found something cool in the attic! Cant wait for u guys to c it! Cya tommorow!
Then, gently setting the phone down on her nightstand, she hopped in bed, pulling up the covers to her chin. "Tommorow." She didn't know what was so exciting about her discovery, but she couldn't wait to find out more about that book.

But anyway, I'd like you to give me a name I can use for you, it can be your Cber name if you really want, and to describe your personality a little. Also, describe how your Cber would look in either medival OR modern era.I might edit your personality a bit to fit the story. If it bothers you, please consult me!)

Count me in! Call me Abigail, obviously. I have shoulder length slightly wavy brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, and freckles. I am very smart, shy when meeting new people, and very talkative once I get to know you. I laugh easily, get my feelings hurt even more easily, but am always quick to forgive. I am loyal, but it takes a lot for me to like you. Please oh please I would love a major role!!! Bribery time: You're a main character in my story!!!!

Almost forgot! I can be either medieval or modern, whichever you need more of. I wear shorts or jeans, and colorful t-shirts. As a medieval, I would like to be a child of nobility, *insert British accent here* thank you very much! *Normal voice again*
Oh, and are you putting in alter egos? Just out of curiousity, if so, Critic A would like to make her first appearance.

l have longish blond hair and green-blue eyes and l'm tall. And rather strong. Jeans and a western shirt and glasses for modern era l don't really know for the other time, just whatever you want.
As to my personality....l'm quiet, but not shy and generally rather unfriendly, and somewhat resentful to people. l have a very low opinion of myself (You can probably tell that by the way I descibe myself.) But l tend to be niceish if you get to know me better.

ALL RIGHT!!! Im starting just a bit early. But that doesn't mean you still can't join. We just have so many people, way more then I thought. (Thats a good thing)

Katydid woke to the sound of her phone repeating the 'piano riff' that she had chosen for her text notifacation. She groaned and threw off the covers, flinging her feet over the side of her bed and digging them into the beige carpet. She wiped her eyes she grabbed the phone and yawned, typing in the password as she had done so many times before.
Joan> Hey guuurrl! Im on my way! cant wait to c what you have to show us!
Phil> Me neither. Cya soon!
Katydid quickly scrolled through the rest of the endless texts her friends had manadged to send her in five minutes and responded:
Katy> Yeah. Cant wait either.
Joan> There you are!
Phil> theres mah gurl!
Keli> Sleepyhead!
Katy> Gee! I get it! Cya soon!!
Then she shut off her phone and stuck it in her pocket before her friends could text her again. She quickly threw on some fresh clothes. Some black, rolled-up jeans; a dark leather jacket; and a colorful shirt to top it off. Neon tie-dye, to be prescise.
Katy shoved another mouthful of sugar-loaded cereal into her mouth while drawing a rough sketch of a dragon when the doorbell rang. She slammed her notebook shut and jumped up.
Joan was startled at the figure that greeted her. It was Katy alright. Ragged hair, bunny slippers, and a leather jacket made that obvious. She sighed and shook her head, stepping inside, only to be practically ran over by Phil. "Woah!" Joan exclamed, stepping back.
"Sorry!" Phil giggled, giving Katydid a massive hug with complete disregard for the cereal stream soaked into her shirt. Then striding over to Joan she gave her an apology hug while Keli walked in the door, bearing a lovely purple jacket for the warm weather.
"Now what's going on here?" she asked, smiling, her eyebrows lowered in a way that made the smile look sad, even though her lovely green eyes were shining.
Katy smiled and gently closed the door, her bunny slippers, well, slipping, on the wooden floor. "Lets get right down to buisness," she grinned and the group headed upstairs to the attic.

Call me Danie, Danielle, Daniepoo, danienicklewhateverson, or whatever. I really don't care. Uh... I'm dark. Depressing. Dark. Depressing. I suppose I'm funny to some extent, and.... I'm friendly? Ish? I also enjoyed villian characters so I would rather like to be roled as a villian.
Whatever clothes you give me, it will be either dark hoodies and cloaks, or maybe cheerful personals if you perfer to use my cb self?

The girls slowly climbed up the thin ladder, cringing with every movement. By the time they made it up Katy was already grabbing the book and the flashlight she had left up there on her last visit. "Woah..." Phil whispered, secretly scared to break the magical hold the intruiging book had on each of them.
"And check this out," Katy replied, slowly opening the fragile book to one of the first pages. "Red."
"So?" Joan asked, her voice soft, but with a cold impatient edge to it.
"Does this book look like it's from the time period where they had red ink?" Keli asked, her intelligent, sharp green eyes scanning the pages, revealing she had already deducted what Katy had last night.
"Wait..." Phil whispered quickly. "Blood?" She looked up at Katy, startled, her pigtail braids giving her a sweet look of innocense. "Blood!?!" she asked again, much louder causing the eerie magical feeling to fade.
"Yeah..." Joan whispered, an intruiged, lopsided grin resting upon her face, which was framed by delicate brown curls.
"Cool." Keli stated, simply and plainly, getting to the point.
Katy grinned and gestured to a dusty old couch, "Anyone up for reading?" The girls nodded and made their way over to the floral couch. When they sat down on it a large cloud of dust rose up, causing the girls to cough and laugh hysterically. "Okay," Katy laughed, handing Joan, who was to her right, the flashlight. "Hold this?" Joan grabbed it and nodded, looking impatiently at the book. Katy grinned and, all eyes on the book, gently re-opened it. Then she started to read.
Meanwhile....
"W-whats happening!!!" Princess Evie squealed, her usally happy face replaced with sheer terror. The castle shook, causing her and her maid, Emily, to collapse onto the floor.
"Earthquake?!?" Emily more asked then stated, for earthquakes were a rare thing in Seradin. Her two braids fell loosley behind her back as they bounced up and down with all of the furniture.
"What- do we do!?!" Evie asked frantically looking for something soldit to hold onto. "Are you sure its an earthquake! Maybe it's a giant ogre on his way to pick strawberries for his wife to make a cake! Ever thought of that!?!"
Emily knew better then to argue with the princess when she was frantic. "No I didn't! Not even once princess!"
Suddenly everything was gone.
Everything was replaced by a paved street and small, colorful houses decorated with flowers and green grass. A large metallic creature buzzed down the road and the two girls squealed, running to the grass.
Katy, Joan, Phil, and Keli ran out of the house, Katy still held the book, and Joan held the flashlight. A large earthquake had struck, and the girls decided to get out in the open. As soon as they went outside though the earthquake stopped. "What a waste of-" Joan started, only to pause and stare at two girls on the yard. One was in a beautiful turqouise dress that flowed down to the grass, golden trim along the botton. There was also a golden sash around the waist, collar, and end of the long flowing sleeves. She had diamond blue eyes that sparkled in the sun and beatiful Auburn hair.
Now there was the other girl. Pink. Pink everywere. She had a light pink dress that fell just above the ankles. It had multiple layers that fanned out at the end of each one, alternating between white and pink. A large white sash was tied around her waist and a large bow was behind her back. Two braids made her look like a pink Dorothy.
"Uuuuhhhh..." Somebody said, catching everyones attention.
"Wait..where did you come from?" Phil asked.
"More importantly, where did they come from,"she asks. Turning the attention from her dull self to the colorful dressed girls.
The girl in the turqouse dress stands a little higher and straightens her self. "I, am Princess Evie of Seradin."
"Princess?" Joan asks in disbelief. But Katy stares at the book, appearing to be the only person who remembers the word she read just moments before.

I'M SO SORRY XD. I just get soo carried away! If you like them long then great! But if not, I'll try to tone it down a bit. I think once I get everybody in then the posts will start being shorter.
