Can Lucea be a part of the Shadow Spreaders?

I bound through the dark alleyways to the meeting place that Airi called us to be.

"Hey!" I hear a gruff police's voice call out.

I sigh. Not the night.

I flick an illusion about ten feet away from me right as I disappear into the shadows of me running. The police chases the other me and I laugh silently to myself.

I climb up the walls of the designated alleyway and find Airi's dark silhouette looking at the moon.

"Airi," I say.

She turns around and walks toward me.

"Good. You've arrived." 

@Rosebud YES, that would be cool if Zephyr and Gail worked together!

Rai~

Crouching in the shadowy darkness of the alleyway outside the Magician Chaser office within the police building complex, I lift the Shadow Spreader ring on my finger to my lips.

"This is Zephyr, I'm in position," I whisper.

"Sarah here, also in position," answers another voice from the tiny speaker on the underside of the ring.  

"Lunar Eclipse and I are preparing the destraction. Get ready to move," Lucea's voice comes through the speaker. Since Lunar is a telepath, it may seem odd that we use normal communication. When Lunar combined her moonlight and telepathy powers, she lost some aspects of both as she gained a new power, including the ability to communicate telepathically. However, she can still sense our minds and break the minds of her enemies.

"Ready in 3...2...1..." Lucea whispers. As the last number fades into darkness, an explosion of light rips through the shadows... I pray that the warning I sent to the police station in advance was heeded. Any minute now, Gail and the Dawn Granters will come out of hiding to stop the Shadow Spreaders. I'll have to fight them. Tonight I have to be Gail's enemy.

Oh, and Gail can also make shadows solid, though it requires some concentration. Usually the shadows for her are damp, gooey, and sticky.

Gail~

Me and the dawn granters kneel on the top of a building, a far distance away from the Shadow Spreaders so Lunar cannot sense our minds. I can barely see their sillhouettes in the darkness. The police station, a block away from us, should have heard the warning Zephyr sent them. Zephyr. I'll have to fight him.

Sunrise is kneeling next to me, a look of concentration in her eyes. I look down at my hands, which are damp with sweat. This is really nerve-wracking.

There, the bright light distraction. The signal. We quickly climb down the building, usually the technology they gave us. I grab as much shadow as I can from the building and weave the damp stuff onto myself. It'll conceal me for a while. 

They are already at the police station. We don't try to surprise them, as Lunar could already sense our minds by the time we got a few yards away from her.

Zephyr and the others are already facing us. Nervous, I open my hand, pulling in the twilight and throwing it at the nearest person, who happens to be a girl with blazing red hair.

The police, the Magician Chasers, are here with their technology, fighting another group of Shadow Spreaders. Ack, concentrate on your enemy Gail! As I'm concealed, the girl does not see me, but aims some sort of metal at a spot that she thought I was at. She was very close. Squeaking, I stumble around and throw the shadows again, pulling my hands outward and creating a wall of solid darkness. 

I pull my attention toward Lunar, who's fighting Sunrise. She's holding Lunar off,  but she might need some help. I run over to her and twirl my fingers in a loop, creating a circle of mistiness around Lunar. She looks there, surprised, enough for Sunrise to aim a good ball of light at Lunar. 

I'm about to grin widely when I realize the shadows surrounding my body are no longer concealing me. Lunar looks at me, with a look of understanding, and uses her power.

I look at Lunar, and two girls are fighting her. But then she's got ahold of one girl, but not the other. The other girl is about to strike.

"Lunar!" I exclaim. I then make an illusion of another Lunar, and I multiply it so there's about five Lunars now.

One of them makes a step for the real Lunar, so I make a sphere of liquid glass around them and throw them back. But the girl easily breaks it and sees me.  

So sorry it's taken me so long to make the sheet!

Name: Vesper

Age: 23

Appearance: Dyed curly red hair, brown eyes, very tall and slim. Makeup-wise she typically wears dark eyeshadow and red lipstick. Clothes-wise she usually wears black fake leather jackets, loose tank tops and black skinny jeans. 

Personality: fiery and headstrong, very opinionated and loud 

Power: She can control electricity and fire (wow such a change from the usual hydrokinesis I almost always give magical characters XD)

Stance on magician rights: she wants magicians to be accepted like normal people, but isn't sure how to make that happen without joining the shadow spreaders. 

Groups associated with: none, though she may join the shadow spreaders later in the RP

Weapon: a small dagger that she practically never uses

Backstory: Not right now

Other: none, except I may come back later and make a male side charrie to be Vesper's love interest ;)

Name: Lillian Surtop but she's called S 118

Age: 11

Personality: shy, quiet, she doesn't go out much. Careful and smart.

Appearance: long curly dirty blond hair, forever getting in her eyes, purple glasses. Wears the mint green outfit that all studies wear.

Power: Controlling water and seeing the future

Groups asoceated with: none 

Backstory: When she was nine years old, her parents sent her to a study lab, where she's pocked and prodded at day and night. One night her parents heard some strange noises coming from her room. They entered and found her surrounded by a sphere of water with pearly white eyes glowing in the darkness and she was levatating in the air. She turned her body to her parents and said "No you shall not take me!!" She then whipped her parents with water. They left the house, leaving her alone. The next day she was taken away, with no idea why her parents were doing such a thing.

Other: When she sees the future, she loses control and attacks people she sees. She is still at the ranch lab to this day, much soon she'll escape.

I graon as we prepare for the ambush. I hate this. I hate all of this! But it's not like I have a choice, we attack. Just when I think we have the advantage on Lunar Eclipse, Gail cries out. Oh no. Oh no, not now! Suddenly there are six Lunar Eclipes I take a step back, not knowing which to aim at. a nearbye lamp goes out. That was my source of light! I can't use moonlight, that's her turf! Rising the sun is only for emerencies. My friends don't seem to be doing well either. I quickly caulculate the odds. "Fall back!"

The girl is about to charge at me when the street lamp goes off. My eyes instantly adjust to the darkness, because of the reflections I can see in glass. One of them, the girl that ocntrols light, calls for them to retreat, and they do.

I look over at Lunar. "Follow and make them surrender or let them go?"

Acteon~

Bright flashes of light swim dizzyingly around my head. I hear shouts and feel bursts of energy shooting around me, but I cannot see because of the lights. It must be the Shadow Spreaders. Only they would attack at midnight. Night is their source of power, they feed off of the darkness.

When we heard the noise, Commander Gourdon sent a couple officers out. When they didn't return, he sent more, when they didn't return, he got me and Reuben and went out himself. Immediately, we were swallowed in the bouncing, disorienting lights. We can't find the ruffians. Someone hits against me, hard.

Someone please work him in!! I can't figure out where he goes. He isn't a magician, he's with the police, and wasn't there a distraction? I'm very confused. 

Vesper~

I don't know what to do. It's not right how magicians are shunned, and there doesn't seem to be much I can do about it.

I was only 11 during WWIII but I remember it vividly. Not only were countries fighting against each other, but magicians were fighting against other people. People had determined that magicians would make good weapons, because of their powers, and started drafting them to be in the armies. The magicians didnt like that; they didn't want to be singled out and sent to the battlefields just because of their powers. So they revolted.

And ever since then, even after the war ended, magicians have been considered a danger to society. being shunned and cast out, barely being treated like people. Most of us have kept our true identity hidden just so that we can do normal things. Of course, even before the war, those of us with magic had been thought of as different and slightly dangerous if we wanted to be, but weren't really hated like they are now. 

I've heard of a group called the Shadow Spreaders that are bent on world domination by magicians. They want a new and 'improved' world with magicians as the dominant race. I don;t agree with most of their ideals and tactics, but at this point I really don't feel that I have a choice. Magicians can't continue to live like this, and someone needs to do something. I don't know where there group is, or where they meet, but surely I can find out soon. 

I guess I've decided to join the Shadow Spreaders.

I apologize for the complete lack of plot in this post XD I'll do better next time. Also, someone please correct me if I got any information wrong, about the shadow spreaders or anything in the flashback :)
